Hello I was not really happy with the original cover that can be used as a stand..... I drew two small, attachable stands and made them on the 3D printer. Now it's fun. Stefan

I like the idea of only connecting one cable between the laptop and the display, but how do you do that when you only have one USB-C port on the laptop that is dedicated to charging. I can't run on battery power while powering the display. I do have a USB-A 3.2 port but I don't think it will ever be powerful enough to power the display. Any recommendations?

Does this Asus Monitor have a Horizontal Flip (not Rotate, I mean like looking in a mirror) function i.e. for using a video image (zb Zoom) with a teleprompter?

We can not verify this, but as far I can see from the user-manual https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/LCD%20Monitors/MB14AC/ASUS_MB14AC_English.pdf even auto-rotation is only possible with specific software. As not mentioned here, I suppose that the horizontal flip function is most likely not supported.

Question about the power supply of the monitor: is it exclusively via the USB-C cable (together with the video signal), or is there a separate socket for the power supply? Background to the question: I would like to use this monitor for mobile applications on Raspberry Pi3/4 computers that are running somewhere in a floor or computer without monitor, keyboard and mouse (i.e. when something jams during operation and I have to go directly to the machine). Whether I will find a connection option from miniHDMI to USB-C including power supply is questionable. It would probably be more realistic to manage the video signal and power supply separately. That's my guess. Thanks in advance for your tips.
