Joa, would fit, but any G.Skill RAM is also highly recommended (Ripjaws, Trident, etc.). At the moment, prices are extremely high for all components, so think carefully about whether you want to build a system now or only in about 6-12 months when prices have normalised again.

Yes, I have also had this problem. I use a switched power strip - accordingly, I didn't notice anything for a long time. I also have a Linux on the computer - but that makes no difference. IMHO, this is more a problem with the board than with the operating system.

Yes it works! I have this motherboard myself and use the following RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo (2 x 16GB, DDR4-3600, DIMM 288 pin) I have also used various other RAM sticks on it, so don't worry.

yes, that's a nice box :) I also own the Ryzen 9 5950x, I have the smaller brother of your Asus board (a ROG Strix X570-E) and I can only report good things. As a software developer, I can use as much power as I want from many cores, I'm not much of a gamer in the classic sense, but I guess you won't use all the cores of the Ryzen 9 5950x for gaming - but more for editing videos. Have you had a look at the G.Skill Trident Z? If you value looks, I can only recommend them.

1) Is the AMP profile for the G.Skill Trident Z active in the bios? 2) Is the current bios installed? 3) Are all official and current drivers installed? 4) What does a reboot look like when you think there is no error message? Instant Black / Power Off ?

The Dark Hero has a feature for overclocking that no other board has so far. Dynamic OC Switcher. It also has no fan on the chipset, Ryzen 5000 support out of the box and the VRM's are designed for 90 mAh instead of 50 mAh. Further details can be found in the comparison. https://geizhals.de/?cmp=2079090&cmp=2413242&cmp=2079085&active=2
