That's exactly how it is for me too. But the asus card is delayed everywhere, my colleague has ordered from somewhere else and is also waiting for the new delivery date, which is supposed to be 5 November ;)

I would also like to see lower prices. But the market is unfortunately developing in this direction, the leaps in development are getting smaller, the costs of development higher. The shareholders want growth and money paid out. :/ But a counter question, do you even need a 2080 or 2080 Ti ? Do you currently have a 4k system monitor, or a 2k on UWQHD? If no, a 2080 (TI) doesn't make much sense either. =)

Thanks for the tip. Currently my card idles around so the wakü has little use. As soon as the 144hz, HDR, Gsync panels are affordable in 4k, that will change quickly and for SLI I will also need more space, which is achieved with wakü. But this card also has to become cheaper. A question of time, Nvidia will probably bring out a counterpart without RTX and cannibalise the prices themselves to be prepared against AMD. We will see

Thank you for the info. However, you can report incorrect specifications directly on the product page. Product page -> Specifications -> Show more -> Scroll down -> Report wrong data -> And then change the corresponding entry or write a general bug report.

Well, how should I answer this "question" now? ;) I understand you well, the card has been out there long enough and should be available soon... no idea what Nvidia is doing. Otherwise they should have just introduced the card later... better than never having it available. If the "question" above is addressed to Digitec, you would have more success if you wrote directly to the support.

Hello, has anyone had a Ti delivered yet?

Yes, there are people (unfortunately not me) who have already received the Graka. Someone has created a corresponding community comment (+/- 20.11.2018). I received the following information from Digitec yesterday: Unfortunately, we do not have any information on the delivery date at the moment. We will of course publish this as soon as possible. May I possibly choose an alternative for you? If you no longer wish to wait for the order due to availability, I can of course also initiate a cancellation. I am very sorry not to be able to give you better notice and apologise.

Nothing will be cut in half ....the product is EOL and will simply be discontinued - on Black Friday, the largest remaining stocks will be offered at a special price. The very last cards will probably even become more expensive. There are always reasons why someone wants/needs a certain (older) model... whether the 3070 is really faster in every scenario (e.g. without RTX) remains to be seen... the price will certainly be higher at the beginning. 3GB less VRAM is also not entirely without.

Sali, I cannot recommend the "Turbo" models. The cooling concept is simply undersized. After a short gametime, 65C+ are already present, which means that the card clocks itself down = you lose FPS. If you don't plan to convert the card to water cooling, I can only advise you to buy a 2080 Ti with 3 fans.

FR : The chips used for these new graphics cards are very complicated to produce. Having been able to find out from Digitec, the wait is about 2 to 3 months. DE (Google translation): Die für diese neuen Grafikkarten verwendeten Chips sind sehr aufwendig in der Herstellung. Nachdem ich mit Digitec informieren konnte, dauert das Warten etwa 2 bis 3 Monate.
