I also have the same motherboard installed but with a r9 5900x and have no problems with it possibly times flash the BIOS and otherwise return and buy another motherboard.

The BIOS comes with version P1.60. So unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.
The card has space for a 6 SLOT design. The distance between the slots is 2.032cm. The question is which slots you want to use and how.
...this mainboard needs 24pin and 8pin, you can leave out the 4pin! You can also make two 4pins out of one 8pin or one 8pin out of two 4pins. They are plugged together in the middle! Seasonic Focus Plus Gold (650W)
