It's a bit late, but you could give such feedback directly to the customer service. I have the Magic Keyboard and I can't complain, it's great!
Apple has a delivery date of 15 May - 22 May. If Digitec doesn't give any details, you could also order the keyboard there, I'm thinking about it. But I wouldn't know if the delivery date is exact there.
Hello Abishanp, Yes, the Apple Magic Keyboard is compatible with the iPad Pro (2018). - Rockero
Many big online shops in Switzerland now have it. I ordered it last Thursday evening and received it today, Monday.
I have already asked the same question. In my opinion, this is a mistake on Digitec's part. Apple has officially announced the keyboard for May.
I would like to know that too. Maybe you know now, don't you? You've probably already received an order, haven't you?
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that your order can be checked. https://www.digitec.ch/de/information/contactinformation
Briefly searched for the Apple product number: suitable for: Apple iPad Air 10.9", Apple iPad Pro 11" (2018-2022), Apple iPad Air 11" (2024/2025) - Device size: 11 "

The Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro cannot be connected directly to a monitor. It serves as a keyboard for the iPad and connects via the Smart Connector. If you want to connect the iPad to a monitor, you will need an adapter, such as a USB-C to HDMI adapter.

The CH model of the "Magic Keyboard (CH, iPad Pro 11 2024 (M4))" from Apple uses a Swiss keyboard layout, but it is not a QWERTY layout. Instead, it uses the Swiss QWERTY layout, which is typical for Switzerland.
Automatically generated from the .It is also suitable for iPad Air (4/5th/M2) and iPad Pro 11 (3/4th gen).
Yes, this keyboard fits the latest iPad Pro with 11". The 11" model (2022) is only in its 4th generation (so there is no 6th generation yet), while the 12.9" model (2022) is already in its 6th generation. New iPad Pros are expected this year (5th and 7th generation).
works perfectly for me
The keyboard layout was not a German layout.
As far as I know, it didn’t come with spare keycaps - and the existing keycaps seem to be tightly integrated with the board.
Ja passt.....
The delivery date in your order should now be adjusted.
Yes, that is exactly what happens :) You see the cursor and can use it like a mouse (select/mark text, open link etc). I find the cover/keyboard great, but really only need it as such when I write (larger) texts. I usually switch to the laptop beforehand and need the iPad mainly with the pen to draw, design, mark things. Nevertheless, I wouldn't want to miss the Vover!
It does not contain an additional battery. Only another port for charging the iPad. This makes one available for charging and one for accessories.
Hello. JAIN Apple clarifies that the previous trackpad keyboard also works with the M1 models - but not perfectly. "Due to the slightly thicker dimensions of the new iPad Pro, the Magic Keyboard may not fit precisely when closed." So it is possible that when closed, the keys exert pressure on the display.
This is the keyboard that was released with the 2020 iPad Pro's last year. The 2021 iPad Pro's in the 12.9" size are 0.5mm thicker and therefore a new Magic Keyboard is needed for the correct fit. The one you linked is the new 2021 Magic Keyboard, on which the 2021 iPad Pro fits correctly. It is not yet clear whether the old 2020 keyboard does not work at all or only insufficiently with the 2021 iPad. The 11" iPad is the same thickness in both generations - so the keyboard has not changed there.
The keyboard's USB port can only be used to charge the iPad. The dock will pretty much work on the iPad port though
I have been waiting for the Magic Keboard since 29.06. and have already received three postponements of the delivery date: currently ENde July!!!!
Let's leave it There are other providers 3 appointments and always reset to 7-9 days after "the day after tomorrow". It's a shame that this is the first time this has happened here. A clear announcement or a clear "I don't know when" would help. Peter
