This model has an 8-core Apple M1 processor.
Yes, it says 8 cores under "System information -> Video cards".
Hello and no hacking, Apple also has "purchasing conditions" and Digitec is a partner of Apple... and probably gives away part of the margin or something... or these are just intermediate conditions.

Unfortunately not, I'm sorry.
It's a Swiss keyboard, you can't go to the pictures. The English versions are always available first, hence the pictures.

really a frustration with these 7 or 8 cores - even if the difference is not noticeable.
This one (Z125) has 8 cores, the 7 cores would be the Z124. In any case, a great device!
Hoi - if Archicad runs on the Mac (and is even optimised for AppleSilicon): Why not?
I would do some research on the net to see if Archicad (or the other tools you use for planning or presentations) all run the way you want them to on the Mac and M1.
