Question about Apple MacBook Air – Late 2020

Hello all. I currently have a Mac Book Pro 16", 16GB, i9. At home a standalone PC with decent performance. I am studying architecture and wonder if an Air would be suitable for working with Archicad? I do the big work on the stand PC, but for demonstrations or planning, Archicad would have to run on the Book. Will the new Air with M1 be able to do this? Thanks

Hoi - if Archicad runs on the Mac (and is even optimised for AppleSilicon): Why not?
I would do some research on the net to see if Archicad (or the other tools you use for planning or presentations) all run the way you want them to on the Mac and M1.
If you see green lights: Go ;D
