Hello I have ordered three Apple iPad Air (2019), 64 GB, 4G, Gold from you at a price of CHF 139 each. The product page clearly gives the impression that these are new devices. There is no indication that they could be refurbished or secondhand products. I have created screenshots of the entire page which clearly show this impression. I would therefore ask you for a clear written confirmation that the devices supplied are new. If it turns out that the devices are not new, I will make use of my right of return and send back all three devices, as the actual condition was not stated transparently and correctly. Good day, I have the problem with my iPad that the touch input keeps freezing. Sometimes 5 seconds, sometimes 10 seconds or even 30 seconds. Everything else like turning the display, volume and the display itself works... There are days when it's almost never the case and sometimes it's almost with every input... I've had the problem since I bought the phone, but at the moment it's very bad and annoying again... Updates have always been done. What can it be ?
