Kids+ doesn’t work in Switzerland… unfortunately it was not written anywhere, so I found out after purchasing it. It still works as a normal kindle and with kindle unlimited, with lots of English books… it is just a bit more cumbersome to find books for the right age of the kids.

The Kindle Paperwhite Kids does not have a built-in artificial voice function for reading PDFs or documents. This e-reader is designed primarily for reading text and does not include a text-to-speech function for reading documents aloud. However, some other Kindle models, such as the Kindle Fire tablet, may have a built-in text-to-speech feature called Voiceview, but the Kindle Paperwhite Kids does not.

Hello, I've tried a lot to activate Kids+ in Switzerland, but without success. This doesn't mean that it's impossible, but I haven't managed to do it.
