The XL6009 is an adjustable voltage regulator that converts a lower input voltage into a higher adjustable output voltage. The advantage of this switching regulator is its very high efficiency combined with a compact size. The input voltage must always be at least 1V lower than the output voltage.

Important: If the input voltage drops below 3.5V, a significantly higher voltage may appear at the output.
