Product details

With this MP3 player module, you can easily play sound effects or music with your Arduino. The module can also operate independently without an Arduino, functioning as a regular MP3 player. Controlling it via an Arduino is very straightforward and is done through serial communication. There is already a ready-made library for communication that simplifies your work. It is important to include a resistor between the serial lines (TX => RX and RX => TX) to limit the current from the Arduino output. To operate the module, you will need a formatted microSD card on which you create a folder named MP3. You can then copy your MP3 files into this MP3 folder, naming them 0001.mp3, 0002.mp3, and so on. For example, you can play 0001.mp3 with the command mp3_play(1).
