Purecrea CNC Shield A4988 Arduino for 3D printers and milling machines (GRBL)

This shield is perfect for building a CNC machine! However, you can also use it for other mechanical Arduino projects where you want to control up to four stepper motors. The appropriate A4988 stepper motor drivers need to be plugged onto the shield (A4988 not included). When inserting the A4988 drivers, pay attention to the pin configuration. The enable pin is marked as EN on the board. The board can be operated with an Arduino UNO and the GRBL open-source (G-code control) software. If you want to run the stepper motors with microsteps, you will need 3 jumpers (jumpers not included) per axis to set 1/16 steps.
