Pro-Ject Head Box S2 Digital

The Head Box S2 Digital is fully equipped to meet the highest demands of modern audiophiles. It supports PCM files up to 32 Bit / 786 kHz and DSD decoding up to Quad-DSD (DSD256). Five digital filters are available to shape the sound according to personal preferences. Three digital inputs ensure connectivity for all possible signal sources, whether it's a PC via the USB-B input or a television via the optical S/PDIF input. The coaxial input accepts all data from a digital transport, such as the CD Box DS2 T. All inputs are equipped for HiRes data up to 24 Bit / 192 kHz. Additionally, the USB input supports data up to PCM 32 Bit / 768 kHz or DSD256. The front headphone output delivers clear and precise sound with a musical touch. Unwanted background noise over the USB input is eliminated through dual filtering to ensure interference-free playback. The new aluminum/metal housing offers high aesthetics and protects against vibrations and interference. The Head Box S2 Digital is available in silver and black.
