The OMNI-291-V2 is a high-performance ship antenna. This antenna uses a standard 1-inch (14 TPI) boat mount for simplified installation on most boat accessories. The ultra-wide frequency band covers all modern LTE operating frequencies and provides excellent symmetrical gain across all frequencies, including the 450 MHz LTE and CDMA bands commonly used for marine applications.

Higher frequencies are unaffected, and the antenna design allows Poynting to achieve superior pattern control across the entire frequency range, making the OMNI-291-V2 a true omnidirectional high-performance antenna. The OMNI291 can be used in all parts of the world and guarantees signal reception almost anywhere along the coast. Poynting achieves this through a new antenna configuration with multiple dipoles and a unique (patented) feeding network. The antenna is future-proof as it covers the 450 MHz LTE frequency, which is increasingly utilized in various regions and countries.
