• The long-term analysis of the Running Index is the ideal tool to observe the development of running efficiency and technique, as well as to accurately estimate the time needed for a planned running distance.
• Those preparing for a marathon will receive a training plan based on their data and training history, which is continuously adjusted to meet their training needs. Training goals and guidance are displayed on the screen.
