It accepts input signals from 300 mV to 1000 mV and protects your speakers from damage caused by distortion. This speaker avoids clipping through a dedicated audio limiter IC. This monitors the musical signal as it passes through the amplifier and keeps peaks within the amplifier's range to prevent clipping caused by audio distortions without compromising volume. A speaker's ability to reproduce musical peaks decreases with battery level; however, the anti-clipping feature reduces peaks caused by low battery levels.
