The Pepperl & Fuchs label sensor is a highly advanced electronic module specifically designed for the precise detection of labels and carrier materials. This ultrasonic system offers reliable performance regardless of the printing, colors, or reflective surfaces of the materials. With a compact design and a detection range of 20 to 60 mm, with the optimal distance being 45 mm, the sensor is versatile in its applications. The robust cylindrical shape with an M18 thread allows for easy integration into various applications. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 18 to 30 V DC and features two pnp switching outputs, which can be configured as normally open. Additionally, the sensor is UL certified, underscoring its safety and reliability.
