Onit PoE++ Injector 60 W

Power over Ethernet (PoE)

With Power over Ethernet, you can power compatible devices via the network cable. This significantly reduces cabling efforts, especially for end devices like wireless access points, IP phones, and IP cameras, while also providing high flexibility in the placement of these devices.

802.3bt PoE++

The IEEE 802.3bt standard is also known as Four-Pair Power over Ethernet (4PPoE) or PoE++. By utilizing all available wires for power transmission, PoE++ increases the power output to 70 to 100 watts. The idea behind this is to power the entire workplace through the data cable, allowing energy-efficient computers with monitors and phones to operate over a single LAN cable.
