In a multicultural city of the future, the state of catastrophe must be proclaimed, because suddenly - out of nowhere - gates appear to another dimension. Dangerous creatures attack the inhabitants and contaminate the environment. The traditional police squadrons are overwhelmed. A special unit called Neuron is formed.

You have the choice between two playable figures, a man and a woman. The character you don't select appears in the game as your younger twin brother or sister and also works for Neuron.

In order to resist the alien creatures, mankind develops a humanoid weapon: Legion. Legion accompanies you in your investigations, helps you and fights at your side.

In the synergetic collaboration with Legion, you develop numerous combat styles. For example, you can attack the same enemy at the same time or take on different enemies. You can also send Legion into the offensive, keep yourself in the background and support the fight with items. You fight and explore together.
