Writing and drawing with the Surface Pen feels natural, with precision ink on one end and an eraser on the other. Tilt the tip to shade your sketches as you would with a graphite pen.1

Precise sketching and shading with 4,096 pressure points that respond to the slightest touch. The ink flows from the tip to the screen with virtually no delay, and the eraser eliminates errors. You can also place your hand on the screen as you would when writing in a notepad.

The tilt function of the Surface Pen is currently available with Surface Pro 5th Generation, Surface Pro 6, Surface Pro 7, Surface Pro X, Surface Book 2 (15 inches), Surface Book 2 (13 inches) (may require a firmware update), Surface Go, Surface Studio (may require a firmware update), and Surface Studio 2.
