The MPLAB PM3 Universal Programmer is user-friendly and can be used with a PC or as a stand-alone unit. It programs Microchip's complete PIC series as well as the latest dsPIC DSC devices. When used as a stand-alone unit, data can be loaded and stored on an SD/MMC card (not included).
