This Meinl Sonic Energy Gong Mallet is suitable for gongs with a diameter of approximately 22" to 80". The hard plastic core of the mallet head provides the necessary force and precision, while the faux fur covering produces a pleasantly soft sound. A practical hand loop ensures that the mallet is always within reach.

Additionally, this mallet is excellent for playing metal singing bowls starting from a weight of about 1,000 grams. Here, the mallet creates a very soft attack and a voluminous, warm, and deep sound that resonates in the bowl for a long time.
