The Meinl Artisan Edition Tango Line Cajon features a lightweight eucalyptus front plate and a 7-layer, 9 mm thick body made of Baltic birch, crafted in Spain for durability and excellent sound quality. It includes two sets of three pre-tuned metal micro-coiled snare wires, hand-wound in the tradition of master builder Jose Pepote Hernandez Diaz, which deliver a clear snare effect with transparency and warmth. Rounded corners and thumb notches on the front plate and resonance body enhance playing comfort and sound projection, resulting in a full, assertive tone that is ideal for various music styles. This cajon measures approximately 48 cm in height, 30 cm in width, and 30 cm in depth, with a weight of about 3.5 kg, making it portable and ergonomic for musicians.
