Product details
The ToF (time of flight) rangefinder from the M5Stack series uses time-of-flight techniques to measure the distance between the emission point and the range point of an object. This involves measuring the round-trip time of an artificial light signal delivered by a laser. This unit features a VL53L0x distance measurement sensor which, unlike conventional technologies, provides accurate distance measurement regardless of the reflectance of the target. It can measure absolute distances of up to 2 m in less than 30 ms. This device communicates with your M5Stack main module via I2C (0x29).
