A set of cooling pads can be directly mounted on the SSD, creating a thermal bridge that dissipates heat from the interior and electronic components. The robust aluminum casing then acts as a perfect heat sink, protecting the data during transport as well. The Type C (USB-C) Gen 2 (10G) bridge transfers data at speeds of up to 900 MB/s in real-world speed tests.
