This is a programmable water pump from LilyGo. The pump is designed as an accessory for the T-Higrow sensor and can be connected to the T-Higrow sensor. The pump needs to be powered separately, and there is a DC 3.5 mm connection available for this purpose. More information on programming can be found in the documentation.
