The LevelOne SFP-7421 is a powerful and cost-effective SFP transceiver. It offers up to 155 Mbps bidirectional data transmission over distances of up to 40 km using a single fiber optic core. The bidirectional SFP transceivers can transmit data in both directions through a single optical fiber by using different wavelengths for each direction.
The SFP-7421 transceiver transmits at a wavelength of 1310 nm and receives at a wavelength of 1550 nm. When using a LevelOne SFP-7421 transceiver, you achieve bidirectional data communication (1310 nm TX and 1550 nm RX) over a single fiber optic core.
