Kupo 40" Master C-Stand Sliding Leg & Quick Release Kit

The Kupo CL Master C Stand is the latest addition to the Kupo C Stand series. It features a patented mechanical design that allows for quick setup and a sliding leg for use on uneven terrain.

Simply release the knob on the longest leg to allow all legs to swivel into position in seconds. While the longest leg is leveling and the spring-loaded locking pin is engaged, the middle leg can remain in the correct position to prevent tipping over in the event of an accident. The C-Stand with sliding leg provides fast, safe, and solid support.

It has a unique base designed with three different leg heights. This allows the user to stack or nest the stand bases so that the risers are only a few centimeters apart, enabling the mounting of lights and other grip equipment in close proximity and easy storage.

The C-Stand is made of black powder-coated steel and zinc alloy at the base, which is five times stronger than aluminum to support the weight of heavy tripod bags and other equipment. The cast aluminum locking sleeves are fitted with a stainless steel heli-coil to protect the risers from damage. The steel baby bolts are welded directly to the upper part. The standing leg is equipped with a foot pad that protects both the leg and the floor.

This kit contains a 20'' C-Stand, a 2.5'' Griphead, and a 20'' Griparm. The 20'' Griparm consists of a 2.5'' Griphead and a 20'' long steel tube with a diameter of 5/8'' (16 mm) and a hexagonal bolt at the end to hold lighting fixtures in position when placed on the end of the arm. The 2.5'' Griphead consists of a pair of rotating aluminum discs attached to a 5/8'' (16mm) mount. The discs have four different sized V-shaped jaws that can accept any accessory with a 5/8'', 1/2'', 3/8'', or 1/4'' mounting bolt. The 2.5'' Griphead has an oversized, ergonomic T-handle and special roller bearings designed for maximum torque.
