The headtune is a clip-on tuner with the same shape as the headstock of a guitar, bass or ukulele. This already makes it clear where you have to attach the headtune in order to tune your instrument. When you play a note, two diodes light up: The first one indicates the mechanism, which you have to turn if necessary, and the LED meter shows the current tuning. This way you can't make a mistake even in the heat of the moment. This novel tuner is available in four versions: two of them have the typical shape of well-known guitar headstocks, one is intended for bass guitars, and the fourth is for ukulele. Since the headtune comes from the house of Korg, we probably don't need to mention how precisely it works.
