The second generation Reference Premiere enlarges the horn for a wider soundstage and improved directivity. Upgrading to Dolby Atmos is easy thanks to the simple and hidden connections located on the back of the speakers. These clever connections reduce the amount of cables and keep them in place for better cable management. Two input terminals for bi-wiring/biamping capability. Bi-wiring separates high and low frequency power in separate speaker cables, reducing intermodulation distortion for a clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows customisation with external crossovers when using separate amplifiers. Equipped with audiophile-grade terminal and easy-access aluminium binding posts for each type of connection. Finishes include ebony and walnut vinyl with satin baffles and scratch-resistant finish.
