Data Center NVMe Read-Intensive SSD

The CD8-R series is a read-intensive NVMe SSD designed for data centers, optimized to support a wide range of scale-out and cloud applications, including big data, IoT, online transaction processing, and virtualization. Equipped with a PCIe 4.0 (16 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8-R series SSDs deliver consistent performance of up to 1,250,000 IOPS (random read) and 200,000 IOPS (random write).

Featuring KIOXIA's 112-layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC flash memory, the CD8-R SSDs in a 2.5-inch form factor offer an endurance of 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) and storage capacities of up to 15.36 TB, making them ideal for hyperscale data center applications.
