Product details
The Kinman Kick in the Arse lives up to its name. It is a humbucker in a single coil format and delivers a powerful punch. Chris Kinman compares its sound and volume to his PAF Plus, which is quite a statement. Ideal for chunky riffs and fat solos in the bridge position, it is visually indistinguishable from a single coil. No modifications to the guitar are needed when switching from SSS to HSS. It works best with a 500K volume pot. Pole spacing: 52.5 mm for bridge position. However, since it also performs well in the neck and middle positions, it can be requested with 51 mm (middle position) and 49.5 mm (neck position) spacing, as well as a Kick Lite version with reduced output. Alnico magnets, zero hum. White cover.
