The camera module for all Raspberry models uses the well-known IMX219 chip and delivers excellent 8 MP quality images with a 120-degree field of view. Additionally, it has the capability to power extra modules (e.g., lighting) via its own power supply with up to 3.3 V voltage. With additional mounts on the board, you can customize the camera installation or attach further accessories.
