Its strengths are particularly evident in portrait, beauty, fashion, or product photography. The stand is adjustable in height between 85 and 150 centimeters, with individual sections secured by screw locks. With the boom stand, you can achieve various lighting options without the stand getting in your way. Light can be positioned from the side, at an angle, directly from the front, from above, or very low to the ground; the boom arm can tilt over 180° up and down, allowing you to quickly place studio flashes, flash heads, or continuous lights in any position. The sturdy steel construction ensures stability under load and can support up to seven kilograms. To balance the attached load, a counterweight is included, which you can attach to the end of the boom arm for optimal balance. With the separately available Jinbei JB11-036B tripod wheels set, the DBJ-1 boom stand can be transformed into a rolling stand, making it easy to move to the desired position in the studio or on location.
