The built-in battery in the flash drive allows for a 7 to 15-digit PIN to be entered via the integrated keypad before connecting the drive to a USB port. The drive automatically locks when it is disconnected from the host computer or when the power supply to the USB port is interrupted. It can also be set to lock automatically after a specified period of time.

With independent user and administrator PINs, it is ideal for deployment. If the user forgets their PIN, the drive can be unlocked using the admin PIN. The administrator can then allow the user to set a new PIN.
