Patch cables are ideal for connecting individual PCs to a router or multiple computers in a network (10/100/1000 Mbit Ethernet) via a hub or switch. This is a red, 0.5 m long Cat-6 Gigabit cable with two RJ45 connectors featuring strain relief. Of course, the patch cable can also serve many other purposes.
