Product details

With the IK Multimedia Z-Tone Buffer Boost, guitarists can enhance their pedalboards and stage rigs with Z-Tone tone shaping. This pedal allows you to adjust the input impedance of your preamp pedal before the signal reaches the rest of your pedalboard. It’s the perfect solution if you’re looking for top-notch sound and an extended frequency range. The Z-Tone Buffer Boost pedal offers true bypass at both the pedal and amplifier outputs, while the two balanced and unbalanced outputs enable bassists or acoustic guitarists to connect directly to mixing consoles and PA systems. A ground lift switch is also included to suppress hum and other unwanted noise. A buffered signal preserves the instrument's tone when using pedalboards and long cables. The boost control can then be used to increase volume and saturation as needed. The Z-Tone Buffer Boost pedal can be powered either by a 9-volt battery or a standard 9-volt power supply.
