For professional server applications

Hard disks in the 2.5" format are becoming increasingly popular. Their storage capacity is growing, which is why they are also being used in servers. now offers a backplane that fits into a 5.25" unit and can accommodate four 2.5" SATA or SAS hard drives. The hard drive height can reach 15 mm in order to guarantee the highest storage capacity.

This works extremely stably even with very high data throughput. We therefore recommend it particularly for demanding applications in RAID systems. The temperature control is correspondingly sophisticated. The aluminium housing cools and the two 40 mm fans work reliably and quietly. Everything is as solid and secure as you would expect from the tried and tested backplanes for "the big ones".
