This is the latest version of the popular Heltec LoRa 32 V2 SX1276 module. The module retains the pin layout and functionalities of the V2, but now features USB-C and a better LoRa chip with the SX1262 instead of the SX1276. This handy board includes an ESP32 with Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, as well as a 128x64 OLED display. Thus, you have a great module for your initial experiments with LoRa.
