Product details
Those who do not place their studio monitors on a tabletop but instead use dedicated stands and mounts for monitoring in their own studio are already doing many things right. However, studio monitors still produce vibrations that can transfer to the surface they are placed on, potentially affecting the stereo image of the speakers. As a rule of thumb: the larger the surface, the more energy transfer occurs. With the SA SM IF 01 absorber feet, Gravity offers a solution that can have a significant impact with minimal means. The Gravity absorber feet can be freely placed under a speaker (e.g., studio monitor) and achieve decoupling between the speaker cabinet and the surface through their silicone gel surface. This results in a noticeable reduction of vibrations and resonances, making the stereo image more precise by minimizing acoustic smearing and coloration. The load capacity is 36 kg when using four Gravity SASMIF01 absorber feet, allowing most speakers on the market to be used without any issues.
