A totalitarian state that controls everything and everyone through oppressive laws, total surveillance, and intimidation. You are Frank Schwarz, a husband and father who lost his comfortable office job at the ministry after being set up by someone. The only way to avoid a prison sentence was to make a deal with a high-ranking security officer.

As a government spy posing as a landlord, you must infiltrate the apartments of tenants, search them for smuggled goods, and eliminate anyone your boss wants out of the way.

At the same time, you must spy on and scheme against colleagues and superiors in the ministry to work your way back up. Various factions secretly vie for power within the ministry and the country – play them against each other to your advantage.
