FreeVoice HIS Connection Cable - optimal adjustment for Avaya one-X phones. The SmartCord FreeVoice HIS connection cable has been specifically designed for Avaya one-X telephone systems to provide optimal voice and sound transmission in conjunction with wired Suprag headsets. The new Avaya one-X phones, currently the 96xx, 16xx, and 17xx series, are being introduced across all Avaya telephone platforms. These Avaya phones feature special interfaces with integrated AGC, allowing for volume control. This may result in the headset microphone volume being reduced too much, making the conversation partner difficult to hear, or the microphone volume being transmitted too loudly.
