The Blaze is not suitable for swimming, and it is recommended to remove the tracker before showering, as it is best for the skin if the band remains dry and clean.

Care note: If the Fitbit Blaze gets wet or if you sweat while wearing it, remove it and ensure that the band is completely dry before putting it back on. Occasionally take off the band to give your wrist a break. Clean the band and your wrist regularly.
