Fender Custom Shop Custom '60s Jazz Bass Pickups Model Number: 0992101000. Clean, clear, classic. Typical of Fender American Vintage Jazz Bass. The Fender Custom Shop Custom '60s Jazz Bass Pickups are overwound. This results in a particularly rich output, balanced mids and lows, as well as the classic Jazz Bass highs with the typical growl. Featuring special Alnico 5 magnets and Formvar winding wire. Bridge: DC resistance 7.4 kΩ, inductance 3.25 Henry. Neck: DC resistance 7.1 kΩ, inductance 3.18 Henry. The Formvar-coated magnet wire supports a brighter sound. Flush-mounted pole pieces create even string resonance. Alnico 5 magnets provide focused, dynamic sound. Historically accurate: cloth-covered output cable and vulcanized fiber spool. Mounting hardware is included.
