The Eizo FlexScan EV2485 is sensitively expensive, but delivers top performance in terms of image quality, features and energy efficiency.
Eizo is not taking any risks with the EV2485, but delivers well-known quality in a compact format. By compromising on the resolution and some missing features, the screen is able to position itself on the market at a price that is hardly known from Eizo. In terms of resolution, however, this could be the screen's undoing, as many users nowadays want more than Full HD, even if the benefits are reduced...
