Edifier MR5

The Edifier MR5 is a powerful, active 3-way active loudspeaker. Thanks to tri-amping technology, digital signal processing and a precisely tuned crossover, it enables outstanding linear sound reproduction. With an impressive frequency range of 46 Hz to 40 kHz, Hi-Res Audio support and Hi-Res Wireless certification, it is ideal for professional applications such as music production, post-production and audiophile music enjoyment. The driver combination of a 5-inch woofer, a 3.75-inch midrange driver and a 1-inch silk dome tweeter ensures a detailed, dynamic reproduction with a clear stereo image and excellent separation. The integrated amplifier system delivers a total output of 110 watts RMS and achieves a sound pressure level of up to 101 dB - powerful enough for medium-sized rooms and demanding near-field setups. Thanks to the wide range of connection options - including balanced XLR and TRS connections, RCA and AUX connections as well as Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC support - maximum flexibility in signal routing is guaranteed. The room acoustics can be specifically equalised using the finely adjustable sound controls on the rear panel and the Edifier ConneX app. Functions such as Low Cut-Off, Acoustic Space or Desktop Control enable precise adaptation to different installation conditions. The integrated Bluetooth multipoint function allows two devices to be paired simultaneously, making it easier to switch between playback sources. The high signal purity and low background noise ensure unadulterated sound reproduction. The customisable sound profiles extend the range of use depending on the application and listening preference.
