This USB-C to USB-C cable connects two USB-C devices, including MacBooks and smartphones.

With this 3.05 metre USB Type-C to Type-C cable, you can connect one USB-C device to another, for example a laptop to a docking station, your smartphone to a wall charger or a hard drive or flash drive to a computer or tablet. It is compatible with any device with a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, including MacBooks, Ultrabooks and Chromebooks.

The cable transfers data at fast USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds and charges devices.

The USB-C to USB-C cable supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps - that's ten times faster than USB 2.0. The power delivery cable also provides up to 60 watts (3 amps) of output power, which is more than enough to charge, sync and power compatible devices. The USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable is backwards compatible with previous USB generations, so you can also use it with older devices.

Unlike conventional USB cables, which can only be connected in one direction, the reversible USB-C plugs can be plugged into a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port in both directions for a hassle-free connection every time.
