Installation relay with manual operation, suitable for switching single-phase or three-phase loads up to 20A. Due to its universal applications in building technology and home installation, the following functions and controls can be realized: switching of lighting systems and electric heating, switching of ventilation and air conditioning systems, fans, switching of heat pumps, and switching of electrically controlled roller shutters and blinds, as well as incandescent and gas discharge lamps. The Z-R series of installation relays meets the requirements of EN/IEC 60947 and EN/IEC 1095. Manual operation is available for testing purposes, with switching contacts providing safe isolation AC1 according to EN 60947-4-1 (Z-R, Z-RK). There is an option for optical indication of operating status via LED, and a front-side switching position indication through a manual operation button. All terminals - coil and contacts - are equipped with terminal aids. No back-wiring of connection wires is possible, and main contacts with standard pin variation are adjustable. The materials used are flame-retardant and chlorine and halogen-free plastics, ensuring touch safety according to VBG4. Advantages include availability in three versions (Z-R, Z-RK, Z-RE), low switching noise, and hum-free operation. Easy connection is facilitated by generously sized terminals delivered in the open position, simple snap-on mounting for 35mm DIN rail, high flexibility through various contact configurations, and easy access for connecting the coil supply.
