DJI Care Refresh is now extendable. It can be extended no later than 15 days after the current contract period expires, for a maximum total duration of 3 years.

DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended by 1 year (no later than within the 15-day period after the current Care protection expires).

Save valuable time. The new express option allows you to completely skip the damage assessment process. A DJI service center will send you a replacement device immediately upon receiving the damaged device.

Free shipping. DJI covers the shipping costs if the product is sent in for exchange for a replacement device.

Important note: DJI Care can only be added at the time of new purchase or no later than 30 days after the first activation. You are only purchasing the activation code for registration with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. Once the code is activated, cancellation of the Care is no longer possible.
