Product details

The DFPlayer Mini is a small and affordable MP3 player module for Arduino with simplified output directly to a speaker. The module can be used as a standalone unit with a connected battery, speaker, and push buttons, or in combination with an Arduino UNO or another microcontroller via serial RX/TX communication.

There is already a ready-made library for communication that makes your work even easier. It is important to install a resistor between the serial lines (TX => RX and RX => TX) to ensure current limiting of the Arduino output. To operate the module, you need a formatted MicroSD card, on which you create a folder named MP3. You can then copy your MP3 files into this MP3 folder, naming them 0001.mp3, 0002.mp3, and so on. For example, you can play 0001.mp3 using the command mp3_play(1).
